Itaipu Dam

This dam is very important to both countries of Paraguay and Brazil because the hydroelectric energy produced by the dam is sufficient for whole country of Paraguay and nearly 20% of Brazil. And it is also the second largest hydroelectric dam in the world, which is shared by both Paraguay and Brazil.
I just visited the dam in Paraguay side and it is free of charge. The dam tour in Paraguay will take you cross the dam to Brazil side without any custom process. Fun to go and have a look.
