2004 《高難攀險》

越來越好勝，開始不斷向高難度路線挑戰，
經常深入山野，鑽探荒涼的神秘絕境，走訪被喻為閒人免進之險地，
在危崖直壁之中徒手攀爬，在亂石危牆之下橫走縱躍，行程中經常測試自己能力的底線，
膽色、技巧、體能..........頓時再推到另一高峰。
八月中，毅然揹上背囊遠走中國大西北地區，展開人生第二次的長征旅途，
是次踏上青藏高原，放步於藍天白雲的雪域上，除可靜潔心寧之如，心裡那股熱騰騰的好勝之心亦暫時得到冷卻 ~~
