2 days ago I heard that a big numbers of the Dark Veined Tiger Butterfly from Lantau Island has been seen in Tai Po Waterfront Park.
The weather today was sunny and 23 degrees and quite good for a trip to Tai Po.
It’s a nice park. I found the flowers which attract the butterflies. The Dark Veined Tiger Butterfly is poison for other insects. It drinks the nectar from poisons plants.
The park was pretty with a lot of African Tulip trees and the Hong Kong Orchid Trees too. There were a lot of flowers and birds.
